Our team

As President of Winners Alliance, Eric oversees all business strategy and operations for the company. Eric is a 12-year veteran of the NFL, and served as President of the NFL Players Association from 2014 to 2020, where he was responsible for all collective bargaining with NFL management. Most recently, Eric served as Chief Licensing Officer and Head of Partner Development & College for OneTeam Partners. The Wharton School alum led OneTeam’s consumer products licensing, partner development, and college division.

Vivek is responsible for a broad set of financial, operational and corporate functions across Winners Alliance including corporate finance, M&A, treasury, FP&A, investor relations, accounting, business operations and corporate administration. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Vivek served as CFO at OneTeam Partners and at Catalyte. He also held senior management roles at Discovery Communications, spent a decade as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Bank of America, and started his career as a management consultant at Deloitte. Vivek is an alum of the University of Virginia and the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Neeta oversees development of the Winners Alliance platform and company operations, scaling the business and advancing new initiatives to prioritize the interests of women’s and men’s professional athletes worldwide. Before joining Winners Alliance, Neeta served as Chief Operating Officer at INFLCR, a leading brand building, content, and NIL technology platform for college athletes. Earlier in her career, Neeta spent time at ESPN, the Dallas Cowboys, and IGN Entertainment.

Andy oversees the development and execution of commercial partnerships on behalf of Winners Alliance and its partners. He has spent his career focused on sports & entertainment marketing, brand partnerships, licensing, and business development across a diverse portfolio of categories. Andy’s earlier career stops include CSM Sport & Entertainment, where he served as SVP of Properties, and OneTeam Partners, where he served as Sr. Director of Sponsorship & Athlete Marketing.

Tim started his professional career within the FMCG industry before joining the Australian Cricketers’ Association in 2013 in a newly-created role as commercial manager. Within this role, Tim grew the ACA’s commercial business exponentially and in 2017 was appointed Executive General Manager of The Cricketers’ Brand, an arm of the business developed to manage the intellectual property of the players to generate commercial outcomes. Tim was responsible for developing and managing commercial partnerships, player marketing programs and licensing programs. Tim also led the ACA’s key strategic projects including the implementation of the Australian Cricket Culture Review in 2018. A former player, Tim represented the New South Wales Blues from 2010-14 and the Sydney Thunder during the inaugural season of the BBL.

Mike is responsible for building the operational engine at Winners Alliance and developing growth strategies for the company. Mike joined Winners Alliance following two years as director of sales operations at Teamworks, where he helped innovate in both product and service to assist sports teams and organizations operate as efficiently as possible. Prior to Teamworks, Mike served as chief of staff for INFLCR. He’s an alum of the University of Alabama baseball team.

Kayla runs point on all media and communications strategies and functions for Winners Alliance, focusing on building, maximizing, and monetizing brands for athletes worldwide through digital and communications channels. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Kayla served as director of digital talent at Octagon sports entertainment agency, where she oversaw digital media strategy for Octagon athletes. The University of North Carolina alum also spent time with D.C. United and the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.

Allissa leads partnership management and activations for Winners Alliance. She joined Winners from the National Basketball Association, where she managed global partnerships for brands such as Gatorade, Kia, Tissot, PUMA, and FedEx, overseeing their sponsorship marketing, event activations, and media campaigns. Allissa's previous experience includes roles at NFL Players Inc., the licensing and marketing arm of the NFL Players Association, and Discovery Inc. Allissa holds a Master's in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of South Florida.

Ryan spearheads the execution and management of licensing partnerships on behalf of Winners Alliance and its partners. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Ryan consulted brands and properties across various categories within sports, entertainment and culture for Wasserman. Earlier in his career, he worked with REP Worldwide, where he launched group licensing programs for the WNBPA, USWNTPA & MLSPA; and the NFLPA, where managed and developed licensing partnerships.

Rachel oversees the development of all creative including sales collateral, brand assets, and event packages to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all communications channels. Her career in the sports and entertainment industry has been marked by a dedicated focus on brand partnerships and feasibility studies, with roles at the Dallas Cowboys, Legends Hospitality, and Topgolf.

Duncan is responsible for Winners Alliance’s content efforts, with a particular focus on social media and content production. Previously, Duncan served as assistant director of football creative for Duke Football, where he oversaw the team’s visual brand across social outlets and provided photography and videography support. Duncan’s earlier stops include the Kansas City Chiefs and Jacksonville University Athletics. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon and master’s degree from Jacksonville University.

Amanda is responsible for managing and providing executive-level support for the Winners Alliance team. Prior to joining Winners Alliance, Amanda served as a Legal Administrative Assistant for Venable LLP where she supported a partner that handles complex civil litigation matters and white collar criminal defense. Earlier in her career, she worked as a Paralegal Manager at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP where she managed paralegals working on mass tort and class action litigation. She received her master's degree from American Public University.
